The story

The problem

TMTI's sustainability consulting practice needed a lead-generation tool that did more than collect emails — something prospects would actually finish, that produced a credible structured output, and that opened the door to a conversation about real consulting work.

The approach

Interactive carbon-impact calculator hand-coded into the existing WordPress site. Multi-step form with branching logic, weighted scoring, a clean results screen, and a structured PDF summary the prospect can take to their board. CRM webhook for follow-up.

The outcome

A calculator that does the qualifying work upfront — prospects who finish are pre-warmed for a discovery call, and the team gets a structured brief instead of a cold name on a form.
